If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will control.

Apollo HR Consulting will use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information provided to us.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a signed engagement agreement.
However, we may disclose information if required to do so by:
